Your Password must consist of at least 5 letters and/or numbers. You can reset your Password online at any time.
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the Sign-in page, and a new password will be e-mailed to you from webmaster@genealogical.com promptly. If you do not receive this e-mail, check your spam or junk mail filters to see if the message is being blocked or placed in a spam or junk mail folder. To ensure that you receive all password requests and correspondence from our site, please add webmaster@genealogical.com to your approved list.
If you are a returning customer but are using our new site for the first time, your default Password is your zip code. Once you have logged in, you can change your Password to anything you like. |
