Create an Account |
In order to purchase products from Genealogical.com, you must first Create an Account. You can do this either by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top or bottom of every page, or by following the Sign-in prompt that appears at Check Out if you have not already logged in. Creating an account simplifies your order process by storing your address information and allows you to view your order history, manage your Want List, save additional addresses in your Address Book, and edit your contact information and preferences. See the instructions for setting up a User Name and Password for more help in establishing an account.
If you are a returning customer but are using our new site for the first time, you already have an account set up in your name. Your User Name is the e-mail address you used when ordering from our old website. Your Password is your zip code. Once you have logged in, you will be given the opportunity to change your Password.
